Booking a visit with Santa: Our Mission is to Make your Event Marvelous!
The cost can vary, we charge by the half hour, with the first half hour more than subsequent.
Premiums may be added for size of the event and for Christmas Eve visits.
Cost for a typical visit for either Santa or Mrs. Claus as a solo artist is $150 for the first half hour, then $50 for each additional half hour. For Santa and Jossie performing together at an event the cost is $225 for the first half hour and $75 per additional half hour.
Rates are based on your event being within 15 miles of the Tulsa Fairgrounds, additional distance may incur additional cost.
Once you have an idea of your event and a date(s), please contact us via the client contact form or via Facebook Messenger. One of us will call you to review the dates, the program and to work out details. We can handle multiple dates if you book early enough!
A fifty percent retainer is required. We accept checks, cash or PayPal. Once we are agreed, we will send a performance agreement. These are normally sent in late August or September for the season. Retainers are non-refundable should you cancel your event. Please understand our season is short and our schedules are booked closely.
We prefer to do multihour photo shoots in October and early November.
